- Outbound sales representatives help secure sales by contacting potential customers.
- Qualify sales leads.
- Cold calling.
- Research the market and look for new business opportunities.
- Make calls to prospects to arrange meetings with them on behalf of sales professionals.
- Ask questions to determine a potential customer's needs, budget and willingness to make a purchase.
- Determines a day and time for a meeting for further discussion with a sales representative.
- Document the call and provide notes to give to the salesperson to use on the day of the meeting.
- Assist salespeople with collecting other materials to use during the meeting and researching more about the potential customer.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Half-day position with morning hours, Monday to Thursday.
