About the Internship As a Procurement Officer Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team with the sourcing, purchasing, and management of goods and services. Responsibilities: • Assist with researching and identifying potential suppliers • Gather and analyse quotations and pricing information • Prepare bid documents and requests for proposals (RFPs) • Process purchase orders and ensure adherence to company policies • Track and monitor deliveries and manage supplier performance • Assist with maintaining accurate procurement records Qualifications: • B Com degree in Procurement or Supply Chain Management, or a similar field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Highly organized and detail-oriented
