Software Tester Port Shepstone - KwaZulu Natal - South AfricaKey Performance Areas: Responsibilities include completing the tasks of test tool/environment authoring, test planning, test case creation, execution, debugging, & defect analysis/reporting. Improving efficiency through process improvements & adopting new test methodologies. Improving test effectiveness.Position Requirements: A sound working knowledge & understanding of software testing: integration, functionality & performance.Requirements:

skills in test development, test planning, test execution, defect management, test efficiency
Experience with various testing standards, guidelines, procedures, methods, tools will be advantageous
ownership of quality issues, cross-group collaboration
Excellent organized, methodical approach, with high attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Agile with Scrum framework knowledge
