- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and secure new sales
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities
- Attend trade shows and events to represent the company and generate new business leads
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts
- 5+ years of experience in field sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel within your designated territory as required
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Must have own reliable vehicle (fuel card forms part of CTC)
