Successful CRM to support the business in its efforts to service our clients in a professional manner that will ensure retention of client contracts and upselling additional services to client base. The suitably qualified professional serves as the single point of contact between WFHC and the client. The CRM is responsible for all project management responsibilities in relation to the client(s) as well as quality assurance and ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with the relevant client contract.wRelevant Post Graduate Degree in Psychology / Social Services or Social SciencesRelevant experience in the wellness industryProven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship ManagerExperience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targetsBackground in customer service industry would be advantageousProficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)A customer-oriented attitudeExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProblem-solving aptitudeAbility to work well with a teamA valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle
