THIS POSITION REQUIRES MOTOR DEALERSHIP OR REPUTABLE AFTERMARKET WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE*We are looking for a super organised, friendly, and vibrant individual to join this busy dealership. Our client is looking for an experienced Service Receptionist who will be answering phones, handling queries, ensuring the effective and seamless flow of bookings into the workshop, updating customer details, arranging transportation for customers and any adhoc administration for the workshop. You will need to have at least 2 years of Service Reception experience in a franchised motor dealership or reputable aftermarket workshop. Working knowledge of a motor industry computer system is an advantage. (Kerridge, Automate, CDK, Evolve etc.)Job RequirementsMatric CertificateA valid Drivers LicenseAt least 2 years of Service Reception experience in a franchised motor dealership or reputable aftermarket workshopWorking knowledge of a motor industry computer system such as Kerridge, Automate, CDK, Evolve etc. (Advantageous)A confident and friendly telephone and face-to-face etiquettePreferably living in or near the City Bowl areaSolid career historyContactable referencesYou will need the following documents to apply.
