HR MANAGER (Degree + Manufacturing / Textiles)(Area): Ladysmith(Salary): Market Related(Ref: CC)Our client who is a textile manufacturing company is looking for a HR Manager with manufacturing background and a high level of integrity and confidence to join their team.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyOversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, and developmentStay up-to-date with relevant HR trends and legislation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulationsManage the payroll departmentEstablish collaboration with SETAs and other training institutionsA Degree in HR Management or similar (non-negotiable).
