- Automative trade experience
- Proficiency in Afrikaans & English.
- Knowledge of Volkswagen vehicles preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Coordinate workshop activities for efficient operations.
- Manage technicians and ensure top-quality service for Volkswagen and other vehicles.
- Implement best practices for optimal performance.
- Maintain inventory and resource utilization.
