The Receiving Clerk will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording all stock that comes in and out of SHP.Focus Area 1

Receive all deliveries and verify all stock items based on purchases orders.
Handle all necessary paperwork upon delivery receipt.
Inspect all the contents based on quality management specifications.
Manage and process rejected stock items.
Handle and document invoices
Engage with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
Monitors order management.
Manage returnable stock items.

Requirements of the Role

Excellent time management skills
Willing to work overtime and be available on weekends.

Preferred Skills/Competencies

Previous working experience as receiving clerk
Certification for operating forklift will be a plus
Hand on experience with ERP systems and Microsoft office.
