Senior Data Analytics and Credit Risk Manager. R1.5million pa.Relevant Degree. Proven background of success in the credit risk and data analytics environment. Possess a blend of technical acumen, industry knowledge and ability to navigate complexities of credit risk management in a fast paced environment. Strong proficiency on SAS, SQL and Advanced Excel (not negotiable). VBA, R and Python would be advantageous. Demonstrated experience in data modeling, statistical analysis and predictive modeling. In-depth knowledge of credit risk principles, methodologies and regulatory requirements. Experience in developing and implementing credit risk models and strategies. Ability to align data analytics initiatives with overall business strategy and objectives. Strong communication skills to convey complex data driven insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to articulate the impact of data analytics on credit risk decisions. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including finance, compliance and technology. No credit or criminal records.
