Workshop Quality Control Manager – ForkliftsLocation: JohannesburgSalary: R25 000 – R30 000 plus Medical Aid and Pension fund after probation.Duties:Ensure all machines are according to Spec on the booking form!Check Job cards to ensure all that was used is booked out and correct quantities.Indicate Mast swops and make sure the mast removed from the back or put in the back is noted to the Parts Dept for stock.Allocate new Machines on Booking forms. (Confirm Details with Sales Reps)Update Spreadsheets: Part Robbing, Masts in Workshop, Machines Delivered from ContainersWarranties – Get info from techs, suppliers, and other branches.Load warranties to the portal.Communicate with Performance Zone, Dealers, Branches and Customers on the collection or delivery of machines.Keep Record of Rental, Customer, Refurb and New Machines coming into the workshopInspect and perform a quality check on ALL machines leaving the workshop
