We are seeking a talented, highly skilled, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Client’s dynamic team in Morningsdie, Durban. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and creating compelling visual assets across various platforms to effectively communicate our clients’ messages and enhance brand identities. You will collaborate closely with our creative and account service team and clients to deliver high-quality designs that meet project objectives and exceed expectations.Roles and Responsibilities: * Conceptualization and Design: Develop innovative and creative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for a diverse range of projects including branding, advertising campaigns, digital media, print materials, and more.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, requirements, and brand identities, translating their vision into impactful visual solutions that resonate with their target audience.

3. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Effectively prioritize tasks and allocate resources to meet project goals.4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including copywriters, marketers, and other designers to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and ensure cohesive execution across all creative assets.5. Brand Consistency: Uphold brand guidelines and standards across all design projects, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity to strengthen brand recognition and equity.6. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on all designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project specifications and brand guidelines.7. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and advertising, incorporating new techniques and tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.8. Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency or creative studio environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Excellent knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across various mediums.
Excellent creative thinking, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.

10.Experience in motion graphics and/or video editing is a plus.Salary: Up to R25 000 CTC DOEKindly note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
