Job Objective:Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources functions, providing strategic directions, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR Policies and programs to support the organization's objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and initiatives that drive organizational success
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
  • Lead the recruitment process for key positions, including sourcing, interviewing and selecting top talent
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to facilitate the integration of new employees into the organization
  • Oversee performance management processes. including goal-setting, performance reviews, and career development planning.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Serve as a trusted adviser to management and employees on HR-related issues, providing guidance and support to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement Employee engagement initiatives, programs and events to foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity and employee satisfaction.
  • HR compliance and Risk: Ensure compliance with all applicable Labour Laws, regulations and company policies, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence.
  • Identify and mitigate HR-related risks and liabilities, conducting investigations and Implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design of compensation and benefits Programs, ensuring competitiveness, fairness and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation and benefits offerings.
  • HR Operations and Systems: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Utilize HRIS and other technology platforms to automate HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Track and manage business visa applications and renewals for employees or business visitors and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master's Degree)
  • Years of progressive HR experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and regulations
  • Leadership and management skills, with ability to influence and motivate others
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results and delivering impactful HR initiatives.
