The Site Quantity Surveyor will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Senior ContractManager.The importance of this role is that the candidate should possess all of the following skills.- Grade 12 with 3- 5 years working experienceQualification in Quantity SurveyingComputer literate (CCS, MS Excel &Outlook)The ability to read building plansConfidently work on B.O.Q.Understanding of company functions and infrastructureWell developed English language skills (speak, read and write)Competencies:Pro-activityConfidence and decisivenessPlanning and organizingAttention to detail and accuracyAdhering to principles and valuesPresenting and communicating informationThe responsibilities will include, but not be limited in any way to:-Project planningAssist in daily on-site management procedures, reports and conflict solutionsCash flow analysisCompilation and monitoring of project budgetary allowancesPreparation works for interim monthly Valuations to clientManage sub-contractor accounts- Preparation works for Final accounts - Client and Sub-contractorsKnowledgeable in JBCC contractsKnowledgeable in CCSMeasuring on site SALARY R10 000- R15 000Should you fit the profile kindly forward your CV to careers@wenzrecruitment.co.za Should you not receive any feedback within three weeks of your application please assume unsuccessful
