- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives within the Kempton Park area and surrounding regions.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and production, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of refrigerated bodies and trailers is advantageous.
