Assistant Hotel General Manager

• Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the hotel general manager in overseeing daily hotel operations.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction at all times.
• Assist in managing hotel staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in budgeting, financial management, and revenue optimization.
• Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hotel management or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
• Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing hotel operations and staff management.
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, and revenue optimization.
