- Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the hotel general manager in overseeing daily hotel operations.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction at all times.
- Assist in managing hotel staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in budgeting, financial management, and revenue optimization.
- Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
- Demonstrated success in overseeing hotel operations and staff management.
- Experience in budgeting, financial management, and revenue optimization.
