- At least 5 years’ experience in the Unit Trust and LISP (Discretionary and Life and Retirement Products) industry.
- At least 5 years proven experience in a technical trainer role, ideally in a Unit Trust or LISP (Discretionary and Life and Retirement Products) environment.
- Proven track record of driving and implementing knowledge improvements in a formal setting, as well as on-the-ground coaching.
- Strong understanding of financial products, product rules, legislation, and end-to-end administration processes.
