- Training experience (advantage)
- Must be familiar with budgets of the spa, monthly reports, all stock and expenditures
- Must be familiar with store window displays and standards of a franchise (advantage)
- Must have excellent selling skills, and experience curating great customer experiences
- Must know the wellness industry not just beauty therapy
