Job Summary Vacancy ADMIN MANAGER A Durban based Logistics and Supply Chain company is hiring an Admin Manager. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Manage daily functioning of the organisation's operations by ensuring the correct operation of systems and document control • Set up, implement, and maintain systems and procedures • Ensure physical control and maintenance of documentation internally • Ensuring that all goods/products movements are captured on the system and client reports • Control and manage periodical stock count • Ensure company stock count procedures are followed • Daily, weekly, and monthly reports checked and signed off • Liaising with line managers daily to meet schedules Skills and knowledge required: • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management • Computer literacy • Excel Advance • Admin management • Attention to detail • Administrative and accurate record keeping • Assertive • Time management and deadline driven • Problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills • Excellent communication skills written and verbal Salary: R 20 000pm Full time job A covering letter explaining how you meet the above criteria should be sent with a CV to
