- Track the workplace pipeline and progress against expectations.
- Ensure all datasets received are of the highest quality.
- Deliver datasets as early as possible and in accordance with the implemented delivery methods.
- Accurately and timeously import and refresh datasets.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all data and reconciliations are valid and updated.
- Store data in the relevant data repositories.
- Create and maintain all supplier documentation.
- Understand and prepare supplier data for further analysis.
- Liaise between various stakeholders supported/impacted by the process to resolve issues.
- Effectively communicate between all team members and suppliers.
- Keep all parties informed of progress and matters arising.
- Produce high quality work by adhering to predefined standards and procedures and in accordance with compliance and governance standards.
- Follow data sharing best practice methodologies.
- Continuously improve work efficiency and accuracy and maintain effective communication with team members and suppliers.
- Relevant Certification or Diploma (Computer Science; Information Technology; Mathematics; Statistics).
- 2+ Years in a similar Data Processing role.
- Proficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Excel and its advanced features and functions.
- Proficient in utilising standard practices for business communication and ability to create clear, effective, professional business documents.
- Proficient in managing data quality, data security, and data ethics for critical data.
- Degree (Computer Science; Information Technology; Mathematics; Statistics).
