- Post school qualification in Retail / Business Management will be an advantage
- Approximately two years work experience in a similar position is a prerequisite
- Computer proficiency
- Code B drivers' license and own reliable vehicle

- Successfully expanding the Branch regarding stockholding and management thereof
- Strictly maintaining the company's and its suppliers return policies
- Optimization and stimulation of sales in the shop
- Canvasing schools and colleges in area for new business
- Initiate and maintain contact with stakeholders, including potential customers and representative or their suppliers
- Ordering and receiving of stationery
- Processing of new and inter-branch stock
- Applying the company's customer service policy at all levels
- Maintain administrative process (customer orders, quotations, pro-formas, enquiries)
- Personnel management and development
- Excellent customer service
- Financial management
- Stock display and presentation
- Developing and monitoring operational procedures
