- English and Afrikaans language proficiency.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a science background would be advantageous.
- Relevant sales or marketing qualification.
- Well established existing customer relationships- preferred.
- 2-3 years' experience in strong direct sales & detailing- preferred.
- Dispensing doctor, retailing pharmacy, independent pharmacy & scripting doctors experience- essential.
- Wholesaler interaction and dealings would be advantageous.
- Scheduled pharmaceutical product experience- essential.
- Effectively communicate technical knowledge of the company's product range to influence the habits of the targeted healthcare.
- Engage in a detailing session with all parties.
- Ensure daily information flow of competitor activities and general company transactions.
- Manage the territory to achieve service level requirements in a cost-effective manner.
- Build relationships with pharmacy staff.
- Organize pharmacy training events.
- Travel for a minimum of 10 days each month as per the business requirements.
