- Product Management: Collaborate with external partners to oversee the product roadmap and prioritize projects for enhancement.
- Payment Processing: Work with external partners to implement and optimize localized payment solutions, aiming to improve user experience, first-time deposits (FTD%), retention rate (RR), and return on investment (ROI).
- Customer Experience: Partner with the Fan Experience Manager and Team Leads to analyze and improve customer service, implementing process enhancements to reduce resolution time and boost Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Compliance: Establish and nurture relationships with regulators, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across all operational territories.
- IT/Data Security: Collaborate with external partners to manage IT systems and ensure compliance with data protection regulations, KYC, and other legal requirements.
- People Operations: Work closely with the People Operations Manager to drive staff engagement and maintain HR compliance.
- Financial Management/Compliance: Partner with the Finance Manager and external providers to handle supplier payments, generate accurate management accounts, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Executive Committee to define the company’s strategic objectives and execute operational plans to achieve them.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business, preferably within the betting or similar industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in the betting iGaming industry, or the ability to quickly acquire such knowledge.
- Proven ability to manage operations and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.
