Team Leader

• Determining, implementing and monitoring production processes and plans.
• Facilitate the training of team members to ensure versatility and machine rotation for break and relief.
• Responsible for daily production reports and taking action required when targets are not met.
• Manpower planning.
• Knowledge and adherence to H&S and HR procedures and regulations.
• Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards.

• Ability to effectively monitor & direct their team.
• Positive attitude with the ability to motivate their team.
• Exceptional planning skills to ensure full utilization of team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and must be good at multi-tasking.
• Good sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.

• Grade 12 with maths or equivalent.
• Supervisor/Management experience with direct disciplinary responsibility (Min 2 Years).
• Managerial/Supervisory qualification.
• Product on hand experience will be an added advantage.
• Computer Literate –EXCEL Intermediate (minimum).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
