- Process supplier orders invoices
- Manage payments, receipts, and financial reports
- Ensure all invoices are available for reconciliation at month-end
- Work with Pastel accounting software
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profits and losses, and balance sheets
- Complete VAT returns and assist with auditing tasks
- Matric certificate (no credit listing)
- National Certificate in Bookkeeping (NQF Level 3) or equivalent
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction
- Ability to work with outside vendors and assist the
- Contract: 6 months with the potential to go permanent
- Working Hours: 8 am - 5 pm (Monday to Friday)
