• Navigate the complexities of government tenders, ensuring our participation and success in procurement processes.
• Provide expert advice and facilitate spare parts sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing our after-sales service.
• Uphold our commitment to after-sales service, addressing customer needs promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the technical service department, fostering teamwork and ensuring efficient problem resolution.
• Manage spare parts ordering and logistics from the Far East, ensuring timely availability of components.
• Collaborate with our Cape Town Branch to maintain optimal stock levels, meeting customer demands effectively.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and Owner, contributing to sales projects and ensuring their successful execution.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of equipment, liaising with warehouse staff for smooth operations.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by participating in marketing emails, newsletters, and ensuring the upkeep of our website and online presence.
• Commission simple machinery within your capabilities, showcasing your technical prowess.
• 3 to 4 years experience in the Machine Tools industry
