Based in the vibrant city of Gqeberha, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's organization, all while enjoying the thrill of a short-term adventure.Responsibilities:Core Description:As the Administrator for Configuration Management, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, delivering critical Configuration Management services daily. Your role is to ensure that the organization has accurate information on configurations and their documentation, empowering all our client's Service Management processes.Key Deliverables / Primary Functions:
  • Compile and distribute Configuration reports, fueling our client's management decision-making prowess.
  • Execute operational activities aligned with Configuration Management policies and procedures.
  • Fulfill Configuration Management Service Requests with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with projects to ensure Configuration Management seamlessly delivers required functionality within set timelines.
  • Be our vigilant guardian, identifying and reporting any non-compliance situations.
  • Conduct Configuration Management audits as directed.
  • Illuminate the path of Service Improvement opportunities.
Requirements:Core Functional Skills & Knowledge:
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A customer-centric approach to service.
  • Proficiency in Incident Management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • NQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma.
Additional Education (Preferred/Advantage):
  • Experience: 2 years in an administrative role within Configuration Management.
  • Certifications: A+ certification and ITIL (Non-essential).
  • Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry.
Level of Engagement & Span of Control:
  • You'll engage with similar levels and interact with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
