Handyman/Maintenance junior - Northern CapeFull job descriptionInspects buildings grounds and equipment.Handles necessary repairs and maintenance.Installs equipment and appliances.Follow building codes.Complies with OHS regulations.Keep maintenance logs and reports.Reports any issues to Maintenance Manager or Client.Responds to repairs and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.Follow written and verbal instructions.Read and follow manuals, blueprints, drawings, and other written instructions.Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools.Requirements:At least 2 Building Maintenance, Construction, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, strongly preferred.Trade qualification in any of the above will be highly advantages.Aircon Experience will be in your favour.Valid Drivers licence and clean record a Must.
