Take ownership of workshop, technical infrastructure, and company vehicle.· Repairs: Rectify defective equipment efficiently, knowing when to innovate while following proper repair procedures.· Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance plans, ensuring regular checks and documentation.· Construction: Build and install various structures within the factory using diverse materials.· Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and strive for continuous improvement.· Administration: Maintain job logs, coordinate with external suppliers, and assist in stock management.· Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain cleanliness in work areas.· Food (Product) Safety: Adhere to food safety principles and standards.· Self-Development: Stay updated on innovations and technical advancements relevant to the role.Requirements:· Secondary Education (Grade 12)· Minimum N2 in millwright trade theory and trade tested· 5 years' post-trade test experience· Sound understanding of drawings, fault finding, and technical principles· Proficiency in utilizing hand and power tools· Strong communication and problem-solving skills· Ability to work decisively, ensuring safety and quality standardsAdditional Information:· Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts as needed· General understanding of factory processes and related technologiesSend CV to
