Here are some of the roles and responsibilities of an architect:Designing: The primary role of an architect is to design buildings or structures that meet the needs of the client. This involves researching zoning codes and working with local officials to ensure that the building design is compliant with these regulations.Budgeting and estimating: Architects must have a thorough understanding of construction costs and budgeting. They are responsible for estimating the cost of construction and managing the budget for the project.Communication: Architects must communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.
