• Proven experience as a Candidate Sourcer or in a similar role within a recruitment agency environment.
• Strong familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
