You will develop and implement innovative beverage menus and promotions, in collaboration with the culinary team, to enhance guest experience and drive revenue. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and supervise bar staff, ensuring adherence to standards of service and professionalism. Monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability will also be key aspects of your role. As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume establishmentIn-depth knowledge of beverage operations, including mixology, wine, and spiritsStrong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesDemonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative beverage programsProficiency in inventory management and cost controlCertification in mixology or hospitality management is preferredFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBetween 5 - 7 Years
