• Project Monitoring (Checking progress, Quality, Material and Costs).
• Project Budget and Control and Cost Estimation.
• Drafting and reviewing designs.
• HVAC system design.
• Compile BOQs.
• Obtain Supplier Material and Equipment Quotes.
• Tender Scouting, review documents before submission and make sure that high quality tender documents are submitted on a regular basis and within the prescribed timeframes.
• Site Inspection.
• Develop quality, health and safety assurance standards and company processes/systems.
• Create quality assurance measurement instruments.
• Allocate ad-hoc tendering/projects work.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Proficiency in MS Office packages.
• Qualified as HVAC Consultant.
• Minimum 5 years in Project Engineering.
