- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by sourcing candidates through various channels,
partnerships with recruitment agencies.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates, considering factors such as
organization and specific roles.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, for domestic and

- Manage and negotiate employment offers, including compensation packages and relocation
- Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international recruitment agencies,

- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, both domestically and internationally, ensuring
- Degree/ diploma
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully filling positions
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies for both domestic and international talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information related to domestic and international recruitment.
