Assistant Spa Manager

• Must be a qualified aesthetician with relevant certification
• At least 3 years experience as a Senior Spa Therapist
• Previous managerial experience is essential
• Must be computer literate and competent on Microsoft Office
• Should have and follow excellent hygiene standards
• Must be confident in performing a range of treatments and have excellent product knowledge
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be professional, friendly and well-groomed
• Must be passionate about wellness

• Ensure the effective running of the daily operations of the Spa
• Manage good relationships within the team
• Assist with training and development
• Attend to all complaints
• Distribute workload
• Stock Control
• Deal with all orders and packaging
• Daily room checks
• Staff schedules
