Purpose of the job:
Responsible for the overall performance and running of the client’s Farm.Required Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Agricultural Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Supervision of staff.
- Monitoring of crops.
- Handling various administrative tasks.
- Preparing of budgets, purchase supplies.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors and clients.
- Ensuring maximum profitability.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to set deadlines and achieve them.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Literacy and numeracy skills
- Enthusiastic and optimistic personality
- Strong computer knowledge including accounting software and Excel skills.
