As the Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal support and advice related to capital projects and procurement activities.In this role, you will review and draft various legal documents, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on legal risks, resolve disputes, and support the successful execution of capital projects and procurement initiatives.We are looking for someone with strong legal knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel in the field of Capital Projects and Procurement

LLB degree from an accredited law school
Admitted attorney
Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
Strong knowledge of capital projects and procurement processes and regulations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Admitted attorney in the relevant jurisdiction
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
