Join our client's team as an Admin Manager, where you'll oversee daily operations, streamline administrative processes, and ensure smooth functioning across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a knack for problem-solving to maintain efficiency and productivity within the organization.Requirements include:
  • 8 years Experience in a Senior Management Role
  • Degree in BA/Commerce or Transport Management
  • Strong Knowledge of the Transport Industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
  • Co-ordinating Support to all Structures and Branches
  • Providing and Coordinating Industry Comments and Inputs on Draft Legislation, Government Policies, and Reports affecting the Passenger Transport industry
  • Managing the Branches, Operations, Finance, staff, Procurement, Suppliers, and Contracts of the Association
  • Managing Media Liaison, Corporate Communication, Social Media and Reputation Management
  • Compiling the Annual Report
  • Compiling Annual Budget
  • Project Management
