ROLE OVERVIEW We are currently in search of a qualified and experienced Architectural Draughtsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers and architects to facilitate data exchange and establish robust network communication with stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the GLA modeling manager for a significant property portfolio and in-house multidisciplinary practice.
Refine and expand the portfolio's as-built area model database for data lake export in collaboration with the BIM Manager to Archibus.
Maintain accurate GLA schedules to align measured as-built building fabric with agreed lease values in MDA.
Serve as the custodian of GLA records for the portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS

Possession of an N.Dip in Architectural Technology.
Accreditation in Autodesk AEC Fundamentals.
Minimum five years' experience in a technologist position.
Proficiency in Adobe software and all Autodesk AEC suite applications.
Familiarity with SAPOA methods for calculating building areas.
Ability to prepare as-built models for surveys, scans, and PDF records.

SKILLS

Diligent application of SAPOA methods with a high level of discipline.
Competency in Revit and associated AEC plugins.
Experience with Archibus is advantageous.
