- Development of logos and visual identity systems
- General graphic design, layout and typography
- Putting together compelling presentations of your design and strategic thinking (you are able to clearly articulate your ideas)
- Client interactions, face to face, written and via Zoom
- Pitching for new work
- Participating in project management
- Contribution to marketing in the form of content development, the company blog and social media
- Managing junior designers, interns and external resources
- Proactively identifying revenue opportunities
- Quality control of work output
- Other duties as defined by management
- You must be insatiably curious
- In possession of at least a bachelor's degree in design (unless your design is beyond comparison, in which case we can talk about it)
- 6 years of industry experience
- Ability to think for yourself and function with ambiguity
- Ability to take a project from brief to concept, to presentation to client
- You will need to be a team player
- Capable of surviving periods of high pressure without melting down
- In possession of an attitude that is positive and proactive
- Strong time-management and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- You can use Creative Suite as well as your toothbrush
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and turn-around
- Proud of your talent and willing to apply it
- Have experience in website creation via SquareSpace, WordPress, etc.
- Can do basic video editing
- Understand animation and broadcast design
