- Manage and coordinate the overall operations of the warehouse facility
- Ensure efficient inventory management and accurate stock control
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of goods
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
- Manage and maintain the facility, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Supervise and train warehouse staff
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the flow of goods and resolve any issues
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Proven experience as a Warehouse/Facility Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
