Warehouse/Facility Manager

• Manage and coordinate the overall operations of the warehouse facility
• Ensure efficient inventory management and accurate stock control
• Oversee the receiving, storing, and distribution of goods
• Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
• Manage and maintain the facility, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Supervise and train warehouse staff
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the flow of goods and resolve any issues
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives

• Proven experience as a Warehouse/Facility Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
