- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are tracked and achieved
- Help to develop and commonly agree on sales and business development strategies
- Implement the agreed Sales & Business development strategies
- Identify new opportunities
- Manage and develop new client relationships
- Develop and maintain the sales network for the Company in the Region
- Communicate and educate renewable energy distributors, installers, and customers in the Region via training (both in-person and remotely)
- Take charge of after-sales service for the Company in the Region
- Brand-building and brand maintenance for client manufacturers in the Region
- Oversee import, export, transport, and warehouse logistics
- Provide at-the-ready support to the Company in other necessary activities within the Region
- Provide a bi-weekly report to the Company and, by end of each quarter, review the sales development status within the region
- Deliver training and commercial presentations
- Master’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or other relevant subjects
- 5+years of in Senior Management in a Sales role in South Africa
- Proven track record in successful business development and/or business management
- Experience in identifying and developing sales leads through various marketing channels
- Excellent Leadership, Decision Making and Communication Skills (both written and oral)
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Positive mindset combined with excellent influencing and collaboration skills
