Our client is the industry leader in digital marketing services for the optometry industry in America and Canada. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic, friendly team of developers working mainly on a SaaS product.While our primary focus for skillsets is PHP, AngularJS, and Laravel, due to the full-stack nature of the role, flexibility is desirable. Ideally, we'd love to see at least two of these skills mentioned, with three being a bonus that would make you a top applicant!Responsibilities:

Improve and implement new features in our SaaS product
Develop and propel forward the SaaS product.
Work on the back-end with PHP (Laravel), with a number of microservices hosted on multiple providers (Linode, DigitalOcean, AWS). Our API is mostly REST-based although we are slowly transitioning to GraphQL.
Focus on front-end stack (mostly Angular9+ and SASS + mobile applications written in React-native and some small apps in Vue.js.)
Participate in daily stand-ups to collaborate as a team.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer

7+ years of JavaScript and CSS (raw, sass, less)
7+ years with an SPA framework - we use Angular 9+ but React or Vue.js experience and willingness to learn Angular are acceptable
7 + years of experience using a server-side scripting language (PHP)
Experience and familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with automated testing.
Experience with version control (we use git).
Solid knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals is a huge plus (data structures, classic algorithms, networking...).
Experience with optometry's EHR software is a plus (OfficeMate, Crystal, Revolution EHR, or others)
Experience with Windows service/applications development is a plus (e.g. C#)

Flexibility to overlap working hours between 15:00 pm to 23:00 pm South African time, Mondays to Fridays. Remote position for a virtual company.
