- B-Eng. Degree (NQF 8/10) in Mechanical Engineering
- Government Certificate of Competency (Preferable)
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Effective prioritisation and time management abilities
- Lead and manage projects, including capital projects
- Design and oversee continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
- Ensure maximum plant availability and stability
- Investigate and resolve plant incidents using RCA
- Support maintenance strategies aligned with corporate goals
