- To Ensure effective communications between Planner and Co-Ordinator’s always.
- Effective management of situations that fall outside of the team’s direct control.
- Grade 12
- 2 Years in a telecommunications / ISP technical environment
- 2 Years of customer service experience
- PC Skills
- Written and Verbal skills
- Knowledge of Telco
- Knowledge of co-ordinating of projects
- Customer service experience
