Engage with stakeholders to define and refine software requirements.
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise and business architectures.
Develop critical software components and ensure integration into larger systems.
Oversee the lifecycle of software components, from development through to deployment and maintenance.
Act as a mentor and provide leadership within the development team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in software development, with a career progression into senior roles.
Strong proficiency with JavaScript, React, Node.js, and cloud technologies such as AWS.
Experience in DevOps, and familiarity with PL/SQL, jQuery, Bootstrap, and PHP.
Demonstrable experience in managing multi-supplier environments and delivering consultancy-type projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical terms into business language.
