- Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive client documentation and communications.
- Strategic Administration: Handle all administrative aspects of client portfolios, including record keeping, drafting reports, and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor fee structures, manage invoicing, and ensure profitability of the client portfolio.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the client management team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Problem Solving: Analyze complex business scenarios and select optimal solutions, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records for each client, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurately reflects current arrangements.
- Administration: Efficiently manage daily administrative tasks to support the operational needs of client portfolios.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions related to client accounts, including billing and fee assessments.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all communications and services meet their needs.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate MANCO meetings, ensuring all relevant documents and reports are prepared and distributed timely.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications like CFP are highly advantageous.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of corporate employee benefits within the industry’s regulatory and legislative framework, excellent communication skills, adept at problem-solving and multi-tasking.
