,We’re on the hunt for a talented Junior Account Executive to join a branding and marketing company. Based in the Upper Highway area, KZN.You will need strong administrative skills, great organizational skills and an outgoing personality. Your primary job responsibility as Account Executive is to manage the administration aspect of orders and client liaison. This also includes sourcing new clients and pitching ideas and options to potential clients.Minimum Requirements

Completed degree (preferably in marketing or consumer science)
Own Car
Experience or interest in fashion, retail or advertising
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)

Duties

Generating sales orders and submitting to accounts department upon artwork approval for invoicing to take place timeously
Requesting delivery or collection information from clients and passing this information onto the artwork, production and dispatch teams
Checking and sending of visuals to the client for approval
Chasing up approval from clients and updating status of orders
Requesting estimates from estimations team for specialised products
Upselling to and sourcing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients

Effective Client Liaison

Effective communication
Timeous and accurate feedback to clients on requests (quotes, delivery details, production status)

Ad Hoc

General Administration of order processing where necessary
Assist Management when required
