As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the business. You will play a key role in managing resources, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.Duties Include:
  • Lead and motivate a team of operations staff, including supervisors, technicians, and administrative personnel.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources, including fleet, machinery, equipment, and personnel, to meet client demands and project requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to keep machinery in optimal condition and minimize breakdowns.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding the service offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in operations management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Solid understanding of maintenance practices, quality assurance processes, and safety regulations.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
