Sales Representative - Durban

• Soliciting new customers and building sound customer relationships
• Technical advice and training including presentations
• Servicing existing customers and accounts
• Handling of customer complaints and queries
• Management of budgets sales and expenses
• Meeting sales targets and deadlines
• Compile quotations, negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions
• Reviewing cost and sales performance, and following up on deliveries
• Ability to manage all aspects of the role, prioritize and multitask
• Forecasting of sales opportunity and pipeline, customer progress report

• Grade 12
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing or N3 Electrical Engineering
• Computer literacy and technical knowledge
• 2 - 4 Years related sales experience in the material handling sector is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Mathematical skills and reasoning abilities
• Good sales track record and sales closing skills
• Ability to work under pressure
