- Servicing existing customers and accounts
- Handling of customer complaints and queries
- Management of budgets sales and expenses
- Meeting sales targets and deadlines
- Compile quotations, negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions
- Reviewing cost and sales performance, and following up on deliveries
- Ability to manage all aspects of the role, prioritize and multitask
- Forecasting of sales opportunity and pipeline, customer progress report
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing or N3 Electrical Engineering
- Computer literacy and technical knowledge
- 2 - 4 Years related sales experience in the material handling sector is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Mathematical skills and reasoning abilities
- Good sales track record and sales closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure
